The Mobile Biometrics Service enables you to complete your visa application process in the comfort of the place of your choice. Mobile Biometrics combine functionality with portability. Should you opt to schedule an appointment, we will come to collect your visa application form, the necessary travel documents and will collect your biometric data at a convenient place of your choice. The Mobile Biometrics Service is available to applicants within Baghdad, Erbil and for regions in and around Duhok, Sulaymaniyah and Halabja.
We are pleased to offer Mobile Biometrics service at a cost-effective price, listed in the tables below. Prices mentioned in the tables below are the fees for the Mobile Biometrics service only and do not cover visa fee, service fee or any other value-added services.
Please note that all documents for each application pack need to be filled out and should meet all the requirements specified by the Consulate General of Greece in Erbil as published on our website.
Applicants may book Mobile Biometrics service for self, family or group which will make it much more cost effective for them.

While booking the service applicants are requested to provide the following details: surname, name, contact telephone number, place, and date of providing biometrics data.

There is an optional Premium Lounge Service.
Premium Lounge Service is a facility offered to visa applicants for submitting their visa applications in a comfortable environment for an additional service charge out of turn without any general queues.
The Premium Lounge Service is available for those applicants who would like to experience a dedicated service in a comfortable lounge and includes the following:
- comfortable atmosphere;
- special assistance offered by Visa Application Center employee;
- form filling facility;
- photocopying and printing facility;
- courier service;
- SMS service;
- tea/coffee, soft drinks and refreshments;
- the ability to pay for all services in the premium lounge avoiding the common cashier desks.

There is an optional prime time service for applicants who wish to submit their documents out of regular Visa Application Center submission hours on working days from 13:30 until 15:00.

You can choose to pay for a courier service to have your passport delivered to you at the address you provide, once a decision has been made.
